About this document

You can set up a family trust to hold property for the benefit of your nearest and dearest - your family! For the purposes of the family trust your "family" can be a small group (just Mum, Dad and the kids), or, can be a wider group that includes siblings, parents, partners etc. The "Trust Deed" sets out the powers and restrictions of the trustees when they are dealing with the trust's property.
