About this document

When someone is granted a power of attorney by someone else, it gives them the power to sign documents and enter into binding agreements on their behalf. When an attorney uses that power sign a document as someone's Power of Attorney, they need to attach this certificate to confirm that their power is still valid.

Before getting started

1.  the full name of the person who has granted the POA; and
2. the full name of the person/s who is named as the Attorney in the POA; and
3. the date of the POA.
