About this document

What you need before commencing the questionnaire

  2. You need to be completely honest with your answers, as if you are not, then you are only pulling the wool over your own eyes.
  3. Have a read of the Example Document that we have made available to you, to help give you an idea of the type of answers to include.

That is up to you. We cannot stress enough how important it is for you to think about all of this and add as much is you would like when answering the questions. The more we know, the more we can help you.
