- Reduce the size of the font to say 8; and
- Create a Table and to say 3 columns and cut and paste what we have prepared for you into this table.
- If you want to avoid the necessity of having your customer sign, then go through the document and where there is reference to the name of the Customer, replace this with the words "The Customer".,delete all reference to the signing and add the following clause: "The Customer acknowledges receipt of these Terms of Trade and accepts and agrees to be bound by them, together with any guarantee requirements". It is also a very good idea to have proof that your Customer has both received and read your Terms of Trade. The best way to do this, is to forward these Terms of Trade to your Customer by email, having first selected under "Options", "Request a Delivery Receipt" and "Request a Read Receipt".
