This child support agreement will put in writing what has been agreed between you and your ex-partner for the care and maintenance of your children moving forward.
You will need to ensure you have
- the full names of the parents entering into the agreement,
- full names and dates of birth of children covered by the agreement, and
- knowledge of the amount which will be paid, how often it will be paid.
