About this document
- It is very important that you provide your Trustees of your Trust, with directions on how you would like your Trustees to deal with the Trust Assets and income generated from the trust.
- As the Settlor/s of the Trust, you can provide your Trustees with a Memorandum of your wishes, many times as circumstances change, or you require your Trustees to give more attention to one or more of your Beneficiaries, or how to deal with particular Trust Assets.
- This Document provides these details to your Trustees. Particularly since the enactment of the new Trusts Act 2019, there is a greater obligation placed upon your Trustees to follow all your directions provided to them through a Memorandum of Wishes.
